Tierra Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to oversee and manage daily field operations. This leadership role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in industrial services, including water blasting, vac truck operations, and Hydro Excavating activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate multiple field crews across various job sites.
- Ensure safe and efficient execution of water blasting, vac truck, and Hydro X operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, IDOT, and IDEM regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
- Report directly to senior management and support project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in industrial or environmental services.
- Extensive hands-on experience with water blasting, vac truck, and Hydro X operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, IDOT, and IDEM standards.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
